Horrible lag and desyncing in my server

Recommended Posts

Our server is getting horrible lag every few seconds. We are trying to figure out a solution. This is the error we keep getting -

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d2e is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d2f is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d30 is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d31 is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d32 is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d33 is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d34 is pending

17:59:28 Server: Network message 230d35 is pending.

That error occurs every second of every minute. We can not figure out what is causing it. Everytime that error occurs, it will desync all the players and cause massive lag.

I will also post the config file we are using -

MinBandwidth=10000000;

MaxBandwidth=2147483647;

MaxMsgSend=1024;

MaxSizeGuaranteed=1024;

MaxSizeNonguaranteed=68;

MinErrorToSend=0.0040000002;

MaxCustomFileSize=0;

Windowed=0;

adapter=-1;

3D_Performance=1;

Resolution_Bpp=32;

My other question is - do we need to tweak any network settings in the server.cfg file?

Server details (only being used for one dayz server at the moment)

E3-1270v1

16GB DDR-3 ECC RAM

2x 1TB Drives

30TB, Gig Port (1,000 Mbps)

IPMI/KVM

Windows 2K8 Std

Thank you

I had a hiccup on my server late afternoon. But after about an hour, everything went back to normal.

Also with the specs you have, I dont see an issue with the network. But you never know with some of these datacenters.

Are your configs similar to mine? I'm running multiple game servers on that box that are completely fine.
