Where to find description.ext? (for item loss on water)

According to this; "Dropping items while swimming can be disabled with "enableItemsDropping = 0;" in description.ext" we can no longer loose items when we swim. Anybody knows where to find the .ext?

It's for the server admins. You can't modify it yourself since its the server side.
