so i was in the store in elektro looking for a map, and my friend wasnt there yet, so after i got my map, i waited in the back room place for him, he got there, found an ALICE pack, and then came into the room i was in

he head a gunshot, i didnt and then i was dead

i asked him to pickup my shit for me and he was about to then some person appeared, then left all in like one second, he then ran the fuck out of the store lol

so i just wanna know if i was killed by a hacker or not :/

ive died twice to appearnt no sounded shots. could have been shot in the head from far enough away, there is audible distance for weapons.

its the desync. Me and my buddy were hearing gunshots seperately sometimes up to 30 seconds apart- though we were standing within 20 yards of each other. I also saw someone running down the street, he saw him running in place in the field he had come from. The hive is fucking fucked.

Possibly desync, possibly sniper shot. Lots of things that could happen, I guess. I heard a guy starting to moan from nearby once, tried to check it out and whaddya know? I die from zombies that were invisible to me. No chain either, so it's quite possible to get assasinated by desynch ninja zombies/gun warriors.

Unless the round is subsonic (usually used in surpressed weapons). It will hit you before you hear it. That is why snipers are so deadly. the bullet will hit noticably before the sound reaches it. So if it was a one shot kill. You wouldn't hear it. I know this is a game but it is Arma gun mechanics and they go for realism.
