hacked vehicles

one question what happens if you find a vehicel and take it.... but it is hacked..

i mean ok if you find a tank or something it is simple to know that is hacked but if you find a normal truck or heli..

i heard from a few people who founf some hacked cars didnt know that and were banned is that true?

because I found 2 helis a truck 2 police cars and a black car and i bet they are hacked..

Server admins ban for different reasons. If they see in the server scripts that you were in a vehicle, or near it when it spawned. They may ban you. I'd stay away, and report it so you don't get banned.
