Vehicle spawn and repair question

Hello day z community, I just started playing the game yesterday and i would like to find out which vehicles can be repaired, where they spawn, and what parts are required to repair them?

In the towns, i see tons of broken down cars but im not sure if they can be repaired or not?

Yes, they can.

You'll need to find appropriate parts, including but not limited to:

Fuel (Jerry Cans)

Engine Parts / Main Rotary Parts

Fuel Tank Parts

Wheel(s)

Scrap Metal (A Metric Shitload)

Windscreen Glass

So any car you see, you can repair? the wiki page says only damaged cars that you can "get into"
