Looking for 1-3 Bandit teamates

I have been playing DAYZ alone since i started and i think its time for a change. I am 15 years old and I live in New Jersey. I am a good sniper but i dont care what position i hold as long as i have teamates. I am fairly experienced and know how to survive. I use teamspeak 3 and i am a bandit plain and simple. I play on US123

What I'm looking for in my teamates:

Good Attitude

Any experience level

definately a bandit

Teamspeak or Skype

capable of working in a small squad

any age as long as there is maturity

preferably in the US
