Polygon Errors?

Recommended Posts

I don't know what exactly is the cause but every now and then my polygons just go absolutely crazed and stretch across the screen. Typically this doesn't bother me too much but I just ran into Berzino and it's made the game absolutely unplayable. I can't see anything as my screen becomes a conglomeration of polygonal obstructions. Anyone know how to fix it?

I tried searching the forums but I only got one topic which said to press shift and then - on the number pad then type flush, however when I pressed shift - there was nothing to allow me to type anything. I appreciate any help offered.

Yeah i get this too, unfortunatly i dont know the cure. I have tried adjusting vidoe settings and setting them to default, nothing works. The flush thing dosnt work either, no box appears to type you just type it then the screen goes black for a short time but the polygons are still there when it returns. The polygons seem to originate from the tents. Iv also encountered then from a rusty jeep along the coast. Its unfortunate that they are so bad in brenzino since that was one of my favourite places but now i cant see 10 feet in front of me. Guess i'll just have to stay away from brenzino untill this is fixed.

I've been having problems in berezino. I've been to atleast 10 dif servers and all the same. Not sure why Berezino is broken.

Well, there are lots of successful solutions to this:

- If you've just updated your dayz / beta version, restard your computer.

- Try to change your HDR settings, found in the menu - settings - video settings - advanced.

- Sometimes, simply restarting the game worked for me.

- If nothing else works, verify that you are playing in a server with the same beta version than you, I believe the actual one is 95417.

Also try to individually play with your video settings, trying to understand which settings increase the stretched polygons and which reduced.

Hope this helps,

Brites
