Save this (object) and using wells

I have a choice to "Save this old bike" or "Mount this old bike as a driver". What does save this bike do?

I'm at a well and I have an empty whiskey bottle. Can I fill it and get a drink? How is a well used? There is no menu item appearing. Of course fighting off zombies with my hatchet may have caused me to miss it.

Saving is used to update the hive server about that vehicles location on a server, as it's too costly data wise to have it constantly update. So, once you disembark from your bike, always Save it.

Also, water pumps are only used by right clicking on a Water Canteen on your inventory screen to fill it.

If you save the vehicle it should be there even if you log off the server unless someone steals it whilst your away. For water you need a water bottle in your main inventory go to a well or freshwater lake right click on the water bottle and fill it. Hope this helps.
