Obviously only for the player that's the owner. Would be useful for one specific reason: Locking up your tents.

I'm with a group of people, and we have a base hidden in the north with about 6 or so tents. Would be cool if we could surround it in barbed wire, so that the only way that it's reachable is via explosives, or lying in ambush.
