BattleEye kicks me and always fails to update

Every server i join which requires a new battleye version fails to update battleye himself, resulting in a kick everytime

im really sick of this, battleeye doesnt seem to get rid of hackers, but kicks everyone trying to be up to date because they fail to make their updating right

i dont want to copy new battleEye DLLs into my battleye folders because last time i tried that arma 2 failed to start when joining any server regardless of battleye version...
