Dead with blood > 0 ?

I couldn't find an answer using the search so here's my question.

I was riding an old bike and suddenly got killed. First i thought: "Damn sniper", even i didn't heard a shot, but then i noticed my blood status was something around 10000. Shouldn't it be below 0 when i'm dead ? Is that possible or did i just ran into another hacker ?

Sometimes when your injures are severe the blood counter doesn't bother to go below 0 and just declares you dead : )

Happens on fatal wounds like headshots and vehicle crashes.

I died with 11k blood on my counter when I got a headshot from 1911 pointblank.

The more likely thing is that you encountered a bug and thats what killed you. There is also the very unlikely chance that a hacker killed you, but im pretty sure they can only nuke the server and thus you would see everyone pop up as killed.

It's a shame something like that always happens when i found something nice ;). I just found an FN-FAL with nightvision and was heading to my tent to store it.
