have tryed every one of my buttons on my keyboard but i cant find the 3rd person button. do i have to be on spec servers or....

It's the 'Enter' key on your numpad, which is located on the right of your keyboard.

EDIT:

Also, some servers do not offer third person if they're veteran, or the owner turned off the ability to go third person.
