My suggestion is-Defibulator!(i dunno how to type it right in English,sorry :( )

So the use of defibulator is:when 1 dude dies,another dude can "revive" him in 5 mins before his death.

Yes,I know,that u gonna shout:F@*3 CASUALS!!!!1111ONLY PERMAMENT DEATH,ONLY HARDCORE!!!!111MOUSE IS 4 PUSSYZ!!!!!111 and so on,BUT!(i love that word cuz it sounds like butt!!!!!1)

It must be as rare as antibiotics,and maybe rarer!And only in higher layers of map.Berezino?Maybe.
