When ever i spawn, i spawn without a gun or a water bottle.anyway to fix this?

(unless it has been changed so people now spawn without them)

- 1x Painkillers

- 1x Bandage

- 1x Flashlight

Yes it has been changed, first you spawned with more items like a gun too. Now only with the items which Crowding mentioned.
