Can't Respawn

Every time I load a server I get the timer counting down. I already died and tried the respawn process. Now I don't have access to any options when I enter a server and have to Alt+F4 out of the game to do anything at all.

Bumped this because I really need help. Does anyone know a way out of this situation?
