Idea for keeping players and server owners up to date

Recommended Posts

I'd like to see some where visible on the home page, the ability to see the newest released version of dayz, and what the newest beta patch, as well as the hive version for the server owners. so we all can quickly load up the mod's website. and see if we are upto date or not. Also, having them linked,

Example:

DayZ version 1.7.2.3

Beta patch version 95208

Hive version

Just want a quick and easy way to keep on the newest patches for dayz, what do you think?

I agree, it would be pretty awesome to have it up there.

Although, it does bring more activity and awareness to the announcements/rules etc, if people have to do a quick search for the latest patch.

I agree, myself, i check announcements on a daily basis, realising this is and alpha and being developed, and i would like to be supportive in the community. but for those who don't want to, makes it easier for them to play at least. plus forums scare some people, internet scary place.
