"Cannot Create File" Error Message when attempting to join server

Hello, survivors, I've had an error message pop up these past couple days about two Battleye files. Yesterday, I was able to play a couple times, but haven't been able to play today as yet, I'm not sure if this error effects my game but I'd like to resolve it at any rate. I'll include a picture link to the error message at the end of this post, if anybody can guide me through the process of resolving this issue, I'd be much obliged. Thanks for reading.
