Where are medical tents located?

You can find tents that are guaranteed to have medical supplies in them at Cherno, the tents at Berezino and Starry Sobor sometimes have medical supplies but not always. I'd recommend looking for a hospital rather than medical tents if you need to stock up.

i saw in a youtube video though that there were like 7 army and medical tents on the coast?

You mean the Balota tents? Those tents don't spawn any loot although the tower surrounding them might have weapons.
