This is because there is too many users I just grabbed the file from another source

such as

http://www.fileplay.net/f/15720/mirrors#mirror-top

Found out it's because I was trying to download an earlier version than 198.

But still, is there any way to download 95057? I apparently need that build to play on my 'main'/preferred server.
