Loosegoose 0 Posted July 20, 2012 Whenever I try to connect to a dayz server using sixlauncher I get a pop up saying "Unhandled exception during Play, The system cannot find the file specified".. I would really appreciate some help because I don't know what to do, I deleted all my dayz files and replaced them and still the same message over and over again, this has only happened since the last update, 1.6.2 I don't know if it is linked but I literally cannot connect to any servers

Distinqt 0 Posted July 21, 2012 Hey guys,I had this same problem. If you are using steam, go to your library>right click each game>properties>local files>verifyThen retry in Six Launcher.

Black Widow 6 Posted July 21, 2012 One of your SixLauncher files is more than likely corrupted.Uninstall SixLauncher then make sure you have deleted ALL the files in the legacy folder. Also, I'd suggest using DayZ Commander.
Loosegoose 0 Posted July 22, 2012 Ok guys it took a while for me I tried the steam>verify option and it said 2 files were wrong or missing, whatever, but I kept retrying until it only repeated 1 file was wrong so I tried the option next to verify which was defrag, (I think) then did some more verifying, it wouldn't budge from 1 file wrong so I tried sixlauncher dayz despite and it worked, I then started getting kicked saying battleye was not responding but this disappeared so hopefully just verifying and defragging will work for you also, thanks for the help all who have posted thus far
