Electrial lines and more (MAP)

Recommended Posts

When navigating, I've noticed that I've walked under several electrical lines that were not mapped. Electrical lines are as vital as roads when navigating so I've sometimes been confused with my position because of this. I have never got my hands on a map in the game but I'm guessing it's the exact same as this one: http://avidblur.com/arma2/

This map is also missing a ruler for centimeters, but I'm guessing it's a 2cm map. Being able to measure distance is also a vital part to navigation.

I also suggest that new players start out with a map instead of having to look for them. Alt tabbing just ruins my experience and I really need the map to enjoy the game as navigation is my #1 thing to do in this game. The compass can still be found.

If I could map 100meters from object A to object B then I could walk there and remember how many steps it takes in order to navigate easier. I don't know how many times I've overshot because I missed a landmark. Actually had a bus stop once that I never found (the one on the small landroad about a kilometer right of the Tapolka Dam).

Thanks for reading.
