Loot spawn question

On the DayZBD Map we all know and love, there's this residential loot spawn location :

I never find loot in these locations. Does anyone else? Is this an error on the map?

Normally against un enterable buildings in all the towns and cities. I think they're dog houses

nope never, and more alarmingly recently im finding alot of buildings listed as loot spawns that are un enterable, and after 5 diffrent checks nothing is there.
