Lag spikes during main menu and while playing.

Hey, when i started playing Dayz my coumpuer freezes while im playing and at main menu. Can someone please help me with this issue..

Spec:

Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X2 560 Processor

Ram 4.1 GB

Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series

DirectX 11.0

And i tested it at can you run it and it sais abit under recommended, and it shoulde'nt lag that much.
