Replenish your blood via food(preferably cooked meat as it will take ages to do it with canned food) or have a friend give you a blood transfusion.

Or don't disconnect when you have the shock indicator on your hud, as you'll load back in unconscious for a good 5 minutes.

Nah, I had 7.5k blood but i also randomly fainted with 12k blood before. What is this shock indicator, I never heard of it?

Im not the most advanced player, but I believe shock is indicated by a broken light esque icon on the hud. Kind of like a christmas tree light that has been snapped in half. It occurs sometimes when you get hurt, and more often when you hurt yourself. It can also occur from some simple things like stepping over a rock or hopping over something with v.
