How buggy are vehicles

Since I've pretty much got all the gear I want, I've been fixing up vehicles. I feel like I've just been wasting my time though.

So far I've fixed 5 ATVs, 1 ATZ, 2 bicycles, 1 pickup truck.

1 ATV was stolen from me, 2 ATVs got bugged on the docks and killed me, the rest disappeared randomly when I rejoined the server. I save the vehicles whenever I get out too. But everytime I rejoin the server, they just vanish. and I doubt they're being stolen

There's one major bug. After a server restart, sometimes ALL vehicles will not spawn. They won't return until another restart occurs.

Maybe they've all be usurped by Mermaid-Man and Barnacle-Boy, used as replacement invisible boat-mobiles.
