Can't see what other players type in direct chat?

So i've been trying to type with people in the direct chat, by the looks of it from my screen then noone of the replied. But on their screen there they reply?, so it seems to be my arma that bugs out... Can some of you please help me?

Yeah same here. I've come across at least 5 people so far since playing and no one ever responds. I think the direct channel chat just does not work. Hope it gets fixed some day... kinda odd teaming up with some random person that doesn't shoot you and you can't talk to them lol

On the flip side, using Group Channel while in the lobby people respond some times.
