Annoying problems

Hello

Today I was on a server and then it crashed so i swapped to another server, with the same timezone. When I log in it's pitch black and zombies were spawning all over me.

I die and loose all my gear. I get pretty pissed, cause stuff like that shouldnt happen. I guess theese items cant be refunded, I just wanted to tell you this.

And I wonder why I lag, i have 15-30 fps now at low settings (doesn't increase/decrease at higher settings).

This is my pc:

Gigabyte HD6870 1GB Video Card

16 Gb 2000mhz RAM

I-7 860, 3ghz

And a fast harddrive, not ssd though.

And I have about 15-30 ping on the server I play on.
