How does the weather affect the statistics?

I am curious. I generally feel more nervous when it's raining on a server, while fog seems to do the exact opposite.

I'm wondering if it's possible to draw information about how many more or less murders and deaths occur when the weather is terrible.

Other people's opinions would be welcomed too.

Rain is the best, when you are freshly spawned that's the best time to raid Cherno or Elektro. Zombies barley hear your footsteps when its raining.

For me it's the drop in visibility. Unless I'm sitting still staring at my screen, I'll likely not see a person wander across it at anything other than point blank range, especially at night.
