Your computer exceeds all the requirements by quite a lot. You should be able to run on high no problem.

High across the board and possibly some options better should get you a good framerate. By good I mean 50-60+

The one thing you might have to drop a bit is view distance. I see people way off in the distance even with that option at like 1500 or less. I don't know if there's anywhere in the game you need a greater visibility than that.
