Hey guys,

So me and my friends have been playing dayz for a while now and have pretty much done everything there is to do in Chernorus. We decided we'd had enough of our current characters and that blowing ourselves up with satchel charges was a great idea.

The second idea was to record our journey back to the north. Whether its a great one or not, I will leave up to you!

Thanks for taking the time to watch it. Are you being sarcastic? And believe we should try to be more friendly on our travels? Or are you genuinely enjoying us taking out others as we come across them?

We do not attack unarmed players btw. That's just griefing in my book.

Ah no not at all. Your blood thirst for that first guy was funny. I enjoy watching other players play whne they take the time to video it. I learn most of the map that way, parts I havent been to etc.

Is UK 13 tied into GMT or is it a bit behind as in GMT - 6? I ask because we are looking for a UK server to play in in the evening but the darkness is too much for us as we're all noobs.

Its set to -3 GMT so it gets dark around midnight, which in our opinion gives a good middle ground for people who can only play after work etc. Were recording part 2 (and most likely parts 3,4,5 etc) tonight so there will be some more videos up this weekend so you can see how we get on.

Aye, I've watched a lot of videos going through mechanics and what loot is good, controls etc etc. I thought that watching a group that knows exactly where to go and what to get would be interesting and different. In the 20 mins of the video you can see we pretty much have everything we need now for our journey north. The rough plan after chernogorsk is:

- Elekrovodsk loot hotspots

- start heading north via the best towns

- Stary Sobor and on to the airfields

- Where to look for helicopters and camps

- Where to look for vehicles and how best to go about repairing them

Ok rockin. We'll jump on later tonight and beware we're libel to headbutt instead of shoot at you as we're so useless. I should actually record us and show how utterly crap we are. We have trouble even meeting up at the start (2.5 hrs on avg) just trying to run and locate each other.

The bumbling about, learning the game etc is the best part of dayz at the moment. Once you learn all the towns and the best way to survive it gets a little dry. Which is why I think you find so many bored players sniping new spawns down south.
