Tents and server restarts

Hey guys,

Me and some of my mates set up tents,put goodies in it and went to do more fun stuff in the game.All content that we now have a fallback plan if we die,just get to the tents rearm and continue.Simple,right?

Turns out,not so much.Server restarts and tents are gone.We all knew this was a possibility but it is still kind of a low blow.

Basically,what are the odds of servers eating your tents?What data does not get saved for it to happen and how can I try to prevent this from happening?

Also,I heard another restart MAY fix it but how do I get in contact with the admins?

Its currently a bug that they are working on and server restarts don't always save it.

Sometimes tents randomly disappear for awhile. Don't give up hope, just check the area periodically.
