Playing DayZ on different computers

Recommended Posts

I just got DayZ a couple of days ago and I am really enjoying it. However, at weekends I'm not at home so I will be playing DayZ on a different computer. My question is: Can I carry on playing the character that I have been playing for the past few days. If so, do I need to take transfer any files to the computer that I will be using at the weekend (such as my profile files) to play my character? I will be using the same copy of the game and the same CD-key (I have the retail versions of Arma II and OA) but I'm not sure how the process works. If somebody could help me out I would be grateful. Thanks.

I believe its based on CD-key, so i assume you will be able to play on the same character. But i'm not sure

Yes your saves are locked to your Arma 2 OA CD key
