santosespantos 5 Posted July 20, 2012 Pretty ticked about what just happened. Was playing with 2 friends... Having a great time with our characters who have all been alive a few days.. Armed to the tooth. Good on food, supplies, equipment. All of a sudden it names everyone in the room.. "your name" has been killed.. We go into this weird open area.. not part of the map. Everyone in the room is in there and just standing around. Then I get the YOUR ARE DEAD and so do my buddies.. We go into another server only to find out we have to start all over... Dying from ghosting and missing kills due to ninja DCs are one thing, but dying and losing all your stuff over and over again from someone who you pump full of rounds only to realize too late that they're invincible is a whole new level of demoralizing. I don't care how good your anti-cheat tech is, 24 hours or less, it's circumvented and here they come. New summer sale player so I'm still new to this game, but I was excited an proud of my Ak, map and compass, etc. Was heading to Polana with some friends only to find me instantly dying after the graphics of the game freaked out. I'm so pissed. I love the game and I completely understand that this is Alpha, but security measures needs to be stepped up. I hear too often of hackers.
