Hacked Weapon Possibility

I was on us 172 and i have killed a player trying to snipe me and when i managed to flank the player and kill him i came across a weapon i thought was rather strange.

An As50 with a brownish thermal site!

This was crazy. I was just curious if this was a legitament weapon and if not what i should do with it? Am i allowed to use it? will i get banned for picking it up? i just need clarification.

Well i had already picked up the weapon and have been running around with it.

If you do get banned, submit a dispute to BattlEye. My friend got banned for something similar, and they unbanned him afterwards.
