as far as i know, the UH-1H is in the game...

so its not really a hack if he feels like flying a helicopter that he found.

The heli that you saw still spawns on some servers, but in this case it did. I was in the heli with him actually, we were picking up a fellow clan member. :)

NOnonono, ALL helis are hacked. Send a support ticket if you want to find out for yourself. Helicopters are hacked in, cannot be found.

Even if it was HACKED in, only suspicions are that Banksy was the hacker, it would be hard to confirm who hacked the heli in if this was the case.
