Will combined operations work for dayZ

Hey Im really interested in playing this game, i just need to know for a 100% sureness that if I purchase combined operations on steam, rather than individually buying arma II and operation arrowhead, il still be able to play and enjoy this game. I'm sure this question is answered somewhere but i cant seem to find it, anyways thank you for your time and reply :)

If you buy them separate or with the pack is your choice, both will work as long as you have Arma II & Operation Arrowhead
