Why are the sights on the M1911 so atrocious?

Thats not what theyre supposed to look like. Why is front sight like almost non existant on it?

The sights look off, but if you put a zombie head between the peaks, you will hit it. The front sight is removed for some reason.

Yeah its bad, just use a revolver, much better sights and at least twice the effective range

M1911 is fairly quiet always a 1 hit zombie killer even on military/specials. Good clip size and a fast reload. So I would say live with it or switch up.

I never said I couldnt hit anything with it. Its my preferred side arm by far, unless I dont have NVGs and its night (then its Glock time). It just looks bad is all. Seems like a big oversight for a military simulator to randomly be missing the front sight on such a iconic gun.

I guess you've never seen a 1st generation 1911? Awfully thin front post sight.

However the sights in game are definitely wrong the front post is too low but there is something there. Mind you what's worse is the grip the player has on the pistols, you want to hold the gun as high up the grip as possible...ack there I go again
