Could there be room for a cannibalism option in the game?

For example, in the same way that you can kill and gut animals, you could do the same to dead players, but only when your hunger is really low. Obviously this would absolutly tank your humanity, and make you ill for a while, (similar effects to when you require painkillers) to make there some bad points about doing it, otherwise everyone will do it for the lols.

I know its a pretty nasty thing to implement, but what does everyone think?
