How Do I take gear out of a pbx boat?

I stored so wire fences, and flares in a pbx boat, now when i go to the boats gear, its not there. please help.

From what I've read, boats have NO storage space. When you thought you were putting things in the boat, you were just tossing them off into the ether, never to be seen again.
