Highest settings issues. Maybe

Hello everyone,

I am sporadically encountering an issue with my display/graphics settings. I'm playing in 3rd and at times when I look around or zoom in the image changes into something that resembles white triangles, it only happens sometimes but its extremely annoying because I cant see anything when it happens.

I dont know if this a settings issue that I am having but I am currently running everything on the highest settings here's my setup:

Core i7-2600k

Asus Maximus IV Extreme

NVidia GTX-580

It only happens a couple of times but its more annoying than anything, not usually effecting my gameplay.
