How do i know when a server restarts? How long does a typical restart take? And generally how often do admins restart their servers?

How do i know when a server restarts? How long does a typical restart take? And generally how often do admins restart their servers?

We do ours every 6 hours due to performance issues with Arma.

Some servers have the Extended BE controls (Automated messages). Slotted servers won't and you won't really know the restart times unless it's in their MOTD or website.

Restarts normally take about 3 minutes to fully complete imo.
