Server night time

How do I tell if it will be night time when I join a server?

Are some servers daytime only? If so, how do I tell?

and no all servers are set to a timezone

so you can usually guess

US servers around 9-10 pm in the USA (no matter where you are) are either nearing, or getting close to night-time.

At that time. DE and UK servers and stuff are nearing morning.

some US servers are set to china time for some odd reason.

Also- sometimes when a server resets at random or something. ive noticed it tends to set the time back a little. which can cause you to be at daylight on your favorite server when it should be night-time. at 1am

Thank you Brachra. It's strange I was on a US server and it was noon time in the US but on the server it was pitch black. Maybe it was a China time set on it.

Many servers will post on their info line in the server browswer either in game or in SixLauncher a timezone. It will say something like GMT (Greenwitch Mean Time) or UTC (Universal Time Clock, the same as GMT) and then say + or - a number of hours.

Just figure out what GMT is from your time zone and you can see what time the server is SUPPOSED to be on.

No guarantee however a server hasn't restarted or crashed and reset and the timer will be back to default, which likely won't match the info.
