US197 - Hacker, Exploiter, or Simply Lucky?

I was sniping in US197 when I encountered this lucky fellow...

Basically reporting him for logging to avoid death since US197 does not have a reporting Forums of any sort.

NOTES:

-This occurred around 12AM-1AM (00:00-01:00) on July 19th, 2012.

-My timezone is -5EST.

I think this was just lag and DC

Either way, I headshot them with an M24. He began to bleed out and should have been sent to shock (which never happened). And they logged out which is the key to this thread.

Hes dead. He just got the DC in time though so you couldnt loot his body. When he comes back hes gonna be at the coast. Poor form though.
