description file adn loosing item while swimmin'

hallo guyz,

we, as SDH clan, just brought a new server.

i would like to set the command in order to avoid loosing item while swimming.

surfin in the web i found the right command enableItemsDropping =0

and as i read, that file must be in descrption file.

but the question is where can i find that file?

not in the mission folder....
