You really expect people to take you seriously when:

1) You don't even have a microphone to do voice communication; a necessary component for "serious" gaming.

2) You order people to "shoot on command".

3) Can't even spell or use mediocre grammar.

Why don't you consider it after you have some way to communicate via voice.
