Current desync problems

Hi everybody,

we - my mates and I - are experiencing heavy server lags (up to 3 minutes). Now these lags are not like players are jumping around and movements are lagging but the whole server freezes and suddenly the game moves on.

When the game moves on a player ALWAYS "is loosing connection". To me that sounds like the server is trying to ensure everybody is synced and ready to move on but when someone looses connection the server freezes the game for the rest of the players on the server.

I'd like to hear if anyone has experienced a similar approach of this problem:

1. Freeze

2. Player is loosing connection

3. Game moves on
