brightness gamma change

is there anyway to stop the constant change of gamma brightness when playing the game ?

alot of time its fine then its like the sun pops out blinds you then dies off. does it all the time.

not injured normal ingame lighter then normal then lightens then normal rinse and repeat.

raise your resolution up and turn down your brightness and gamma in the options menu

I think he means the change of lighting you get when looking to the sun, away from the sun, zoom in, or when the clouds move in front of the sun.

@OP: I think it's an ArmA2 feature, not sure though. I kinda like it for the realism.
