Can this PC run DayZ on low

I was thinking about buying this PC from a friend. Its in really good condition and I was wondering if I could possibly play ot on low-medium settings.

Brand: Dell Hard Drive Capacity: 320.0 GB Product Line: Optiplex Operating System: Windows 7 Screen Size: None Operating System Edition: Professional Processor Type: Intel Core 2 Duo Bundled Items: OS Installation CD, Network Card Processor Speed: 3.00 GHz Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4850 Graphics Processing Type: Dedicated Graphics Power Supply Max Output: 800 W Memory:

6 GB

Also. I'm on a extreme budget. $400 and I can buy this for that amount. I just need yes or no answers to if this can run on low or medium.

Yes you will be as the stand alone game will most likely be based off the ArmA 3 engine, and it won't run on that.

Couldnt he just throw in a more adequate GPU and be good to go? How fast is the the core DUO?
