KyleAlexander 4 Posted July 19, 2012 Okay, So I was playing some DayZ, I was wandering around in Cherno, had a Winchester, tonne of ammo, Food, water the LOT. I was inside an apartment-type building and was upstairs. I found a tent, thought GREAT! put it in my Coyote backpack (Not patrol pack! :D) and walked out of that room, only to hear a helicopter's rotor wings. Then I saw this helicopter, Full forward straight into the factory. BOOM. I stood there amazed for like 5 minutes looking at this helicopter wreck. I decided to investigate. I went prone and crawled up to the heli, attracting zero attention. I found his body and looted it, moving into the crouch position, BANG, I spun around, hearing the CZ go off. BANG, I turn around again, this time it was a DMR, BANG, DMR again, although from a different direction. Hit me in the back. I went down. Then the CZ went off again, from the same place I think and delivered the final blow. So, fellow survivors, do you think the bandits would go to these lengths to get some decent loot? Heli for a few people's bodies of loot? Or was it a coincidence? Did they just happen to be there when the helicopter crashed, caught their attention and started letting off rounds?
