Server Region Locking

I think a big reason why servers keep crashing and lagging is cause of all the foreign people joining servers that they shouldnt be joining. Ive seen ALOT of russians and some EU players joining US servers and lagging them to the point where its almost impossible to play. I see players in with over 400 ping and they arent kicked for high ping or anything. They just keep playing on US servers because they are afraid to play at night time on their own servers so they join US servers and lag the hell out of them. This might also be a reason why the servers crash. I'm not sure if it is but either way it the russian and EU players joining US servers because its night where they are and lagging out US servers is getting very annoying.

I think that Russian's should be kept in their own countries servers same with US and EU etc...

What is everyone's opinion on this?
